Can my husband get a restraining order on me for taking things from our house?
I did not receive an economic stimulas check, even though my daughters accountant prepared my taxes and sent them. I was told by my senator' office that I did not qualify because I am on SSI and not social security retirement, or social security disability. What is the difference between SSI and social security disability? Also, I have been told that on SSI, I am allowed to make up to and including $3000.00 per year. Is this true for SSI as well as social security disability?

The condominium board members are opposed to a petition that was started and well received by the homeowners to eliminate carcinogen pesticide, Hoist, and to reduce insecticide and herbicide use overall preferring less toxic alternatives. The board requested that the petition not be continued even though evidence proving harm has been presented, ie, MSDS, product label, Toxic Chemical Act '76 self regulation, synergistic unknowns, illness in the community (doctors' notes), etc. A copy of the petition is attached.
Would a signed homeowners petition force the board to make this change or is it possible that the petition might only be taken under advisement?
What is the process of obtaining a passport?
I applied naturalization thru my us citizen husband. I have a notarized married certificate and a photocopy of his passport. Are they OK? I am unable to get an original married certificate nor his passport since I seperated from him a year ago and he is not support for this matter is he knows.
